Four Seasons Hotel Sets New Standards In Gastronomy

Friday, 29 September 2006

After a winter of major renovations, The Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol reopened in April 2006 with new and upgraded facilities, which included two brand new restaurants that will appeal to the epicurean palate.

Working closely with Cypriot-born, Paris-based chef Andreas Mavrommatis, the Four Seasons’ Mavrommatis Restaurant tempts guests with a taste of Mediterranean cuisine in a French presentation – an innovative formula that has been enthusiastically welcomed by Parisian diners. Vivaldi, on the other hand, has already established itself on the island as the Italian restaurant for the sophisticated diner. The restaurant’s unique ambience has been compared to an exclusive members-only club, while the private dining room for up to 16 guests lends itself to special events, wine tasting or business dinners.
