DAY 1 |
| Upon arrival at
either Larnaca or Paphos airport (or both), the group will be

DAY
2 |
After a delicious
buffet breakfast, a full-day excursion begins with a pleasant
tour of the countryside, driving through picturesque villages
where time seems to have stood still. Our destination is ‘Oleastro’,
The House of Olive. Informative, educational and absolutely
interesting, Oleastro provides a comprehensive overview of the
indigenous olive tree, its origins, the olive harvest, local
olive oil production, and Oleastro’s emphasis on organic
cultivation and production. Other presentations introduce our
guests to traditional Cypriot products such as the popular and
world-famous semi-soft ‘Halloumi’ cheese, ‘Palouze’ - a dessert
pudding made entirely from natural grape must - or other
seasonal products, with an opportunity to sample these delights.
During a lunch break, a simple or more
elaborate catered meal will be served (as agreed) in a local
environment with traditional tastes and flavours to match the
day’s programme.

DAY

Buffet breakfast at
the hotel is followed by free time till noon, giving guests the
opportunity to explore their local surroundings, visit the old
market – a world of colourful fresh produce, spices, local
sweets and traditional crafts – or enjoy the various shopping
opportunities downtown.After a
casual lunch break, the afternoon is dedicated to a tour of some
of the typical wine villages with family-run wineries. The
programme includes a private wine tasting and a visit to the
Erimi Wine Museum with a presentation of our local wine history.
The day ends with the most
entertaining ‘Cyprus Night’ dinner, which is held outdoors,
featuring the extravagant full traditional ‘meze’ meal (up to 30
different dishes!), and folk dancing show – participants can
then join in the dancing for an evening to remember!

DAY 4 |
After breakfast,
the final day is a reserved for leisure activities and
relaxation in the hotel, taking advantage of the pool area and
the beach, outdoor and indoor sports facilities, and the spa,

at either Larnaca or Paphos airport (or both), guests will be
personally welcomed and escorted to private limousines waiting

special welcome buffet dinner in the hotel offers a genuine
taste of Cyprus hospitality at its best.

After a lavish
buffet breakfast, we recommend one of several group activities
in the hotel. Popular options include learning how to play the
local pastime ‘tavli’ (backgammon) followed by an exciting

sampling of local speciality such as ‘spoon sweets’ (local whole
fruit preserves), with Cyprus coffee.
In the afternoon, a sightseeing tour of
the district leads guests through traditional villages, with a
presentation of local handicrafts (e.g. Lefkara lace and
silver).
The day ends with the ever popular
Cyprus Village Night, an outdoor dinner event with full
traditional ‘meze’ meal (up to 30 different dishes!), glass
dancing and folk dancing show – participants can then join in
the dancing for an evening to remember!

A day of
extravagance begins with the buffet breakfast, followed by an
opportunity to be pampered from head to toe in the hotel spa – a
total wellness experience that includes a choice of spa
treatments, thalassotherapy treatments, massages, or free use of
in-house sports and fitness facilities, pools, tennis, gym, etc.
For the afternoon we recommend our
enchanting Sunset Sail-Away, a catamaran mini-cruise along the
coast with wine and canapés, and the opportunity to do some
snorkelling. A catered Gourmet Dinner on board is enhanced with
music, as guests enjoy the enchanting coastline and
Mediterranean views.

mixed BBQ dinner, music and dance can be organized
