Managing Director
Meet Olga, the founder and Managing Director of PREMIER Destination Management Co Ltd., and you have just discovered a Cyprus hotline. Always on the ball, Olga is an example of professionalism with a heart. With over twenty years in the field, Olga can tap into her extensive experience in business development, event coordination, dealing with an ever expanding network of associates and suppliers, as well as clients operating in a wide variety of business sectors. Olga aims to rise to the challenge of each client’s greatest expectations and to earn the client’s trust in the company’s mission and resources, by delivering the services required by today’s discerning clients.


Despo Ioannou
Administration Manager
In addition to her duties as Olga’s Personal Assistant, Despo is responsible for the day-to-day administration of our offices. Six years in the DMC and hotel industry give her the solid background she needs to handle PREMIER’s growing business. Naturally sociable, Despo is quite happy to man the phones, keep track of supplies and equipment and generally support PREMIER’s smooth operation.


Operations Support Team
In addition to our permanent core, PREMIER employs a long-standing group of freelancers who are ready and able to assist our Operations Department whenever needed. Dedicated to PREMIER and working with us for many years, every individual is trained and experienced, familiar with the business, and fully aware of the high standard of performance we expect.
In most cases the individual members were recruited from within our network, and as a whole, the team is an integral part of our operations. Their decision to opt for freelance employment has not only kept them in the business but made them true veterans in the industry. Not only do they meet our periodical need for staff reinforcement but they are also a valuable asset to us which translates into cost-effective operation for the ultimate benefit of our clients.
